The worlds of fashion and hospitality are beginning to merge more and more. Etro Collaborates with famed Michelin Starred duo Aimo e Nadia to introduce Bistro Aimo E, Nadia. At Bistro Aimo and Nadia, the plates are just as artistic as the restaurant itself. The fashion-forward Bistro is a celebration of Italian gastronomy and design brought to life by Luogo Aimo and Nadia and famed Avant-Gardee art gallerist Rossana Orlandi. Both the interiors and the furnishings were designed in collaboration with Etro. The Wallpapers and upholstery display a blend of retro and bijoux patterns and textiles the brand is known for, as well as the oriental-inspired paisleys and floral prints, all of which are part of the Etro Home Collection. The design pieces that frame the space are reworked vintage, selected by Orlandi herself, sourced directly from the adjoining gallery next store. The menu takes its inspiration from every region of Italy. It functions as a virtual map of sorts, with an emphasis on maximizing the best of high-quality regional ingredients to provide simple yet sophisticated plates.
